Замена большого вентилятора радиатора
Время от времени выскакивали две ошибки:
— P1948 Control Module 2 for cooling fan, short circuit
— 13701888 Function restriction due to recieved Malfunction Value.
Логика появления ошибки была очень странной. Вентиляторы работали как надо, и 1 и 2 скорости. Мотор не перегревался.
И ошибки не выскакивали обычно.
Но иногда во время срабатывания вентилятора (если ехать медленно то слышно), от нажатия педали сцепления (или газа, точно не могу сказать) были щелчки реле под торпедой и появлялись эти ошибки. Когда показал машину диагносту, никак не могли поймать ошибку. Двигатель работал 2 часа вентиляторы молотили регулярно, но ошибки не было. Думаю, ну ок, может я докапываюсь уже, паранойю умерил, поехал домой. Доехал до дома, делаю диагностику и опять эта ошибка. ДАЧТОЖТАКОЕТОЕПТВОЮМАТЬ.
Судя по всему проблема может быть в блоке управления внутри большого вентилятора (он один на оба карлсона). Только большой умный, а маленький ведомый.
По каталогам они идут двух видов:
Temic, 1K0959455CQ -> 1K0959455FE
Siemens, 1K0959455DL -> 1K0959455FJ ->1K0959455FR ->1K0959455FQ ->1K0959455DT.
У меня оказался Siemens, но увидел только после снятия.
Заказал аналог, NRF, арт.47389. На оригинал ещё не заработал. После установки ещё не проверил, похолодало. При установке пришлось один разъем перепиновать (на малый вент питание). Остальное все подошло.
Также залил в бак присадку G001770A2 для профилактики(лью 2-3 раза в год), которую рекомендует изготовитель.

Hi there
This is the first time I have used and the Ross-Tech software I have recently purchased from my UK dealer.
Plugged into the Yeti 110 and it came up with these faults having tried also to find the door switch errors that came up. RHS door (sitting in car) had been replaced a year ago after a driver decided to pull out of a side road straight into my side on the main road.
Anybody have some ideas on the read out.

Glow Plug Faults and electrical door faults came up
The wife had the Yeti repaired by an insurance repair company close to Dereham Norfolk UK after a lovely chappy drove out of a little car park lane straight into her drivers door denting it badly.
After the repair she said sometimes the windows will not go up or down but it was very intermittent and the red light at the bottom going off when the door is fully opened.
Took the boot of the main body of the car and unplugged the harness only to find two cables partially cut and the main thick brown yellow cable cut in two? The repair company had just twisted the two wires together and hidden it with black insulation tape leaving the others just ready for a short to the door frame?
Had decided to use a tight fitting spade terminal to repair the cut wire as there was no excess to make good. Taped carefully the other two then bound the complete harness up with tape. put back on and all the electrical door errors have now gone.
Glow plugs were measured and two were faulty.
Cambelt from engine block as number one.
1 = 0.7 ohm
2 = 0.7 ohm
3 = 1,853 ohms (measured three times)
4 = 168.3 ohms
Checked out with a new Fluke
Having not played with diesel engines before I looked up NGK and found they recommend Y1002A2 glow plugs. Is there a recommendation on which ones to use?
Also do you need a special very thin socket spanner or box spanner to unscrew these plugs out. What is the socket size for the glow plugs.
