4102 ошибка принтера canon pixma

Причина

Тип носителя и размер бумаги заданы неправильно.

Действие

Нажмите кнопку Стоп (Stop) на устройстве для отмены печати, измените настройку типа носителя или размера бумаги, а затем повторите печать.

  • Если для типа носителя установлено значение Photo Paper Plus Glossy II:

    Задайте размер бумаги 10×15 см 4″x6″ (4″x6″ 10x15cm) (Windows)/4 x 6 (Mac) или 13×18 см 5″x7″ (5″x7″ 13x18cm) (Windows)/5 x 7 (Mac).

  • Если для типа носителя установлено значение Glossy Photo Paper:

    Задайте размер бумаги 10×15 см 4″x6″ (4″x6″ 10x15cm) (Windows)/4 x 6 (Mac).

  • Если для типа носителя установлено значение Конверт (Envelope):

    Задайте размер бумаги Коммерческий конверт 10 (Envelope Com 10) (Windows)/Конверт № 10 (Envelope #10) (Mac) или Конверт DL (Envelope DL) (Windows/Mac).

Тип носителя и размер бумаги установлены неправильно.

Решение:

  1. Нажмите кнопку [ON / RESUME / ВКЛ / ВОЗОБНОВИТЬ] для отмены печати, измените настройки типа носителя или размера бумаги и повторите печать. 

Ниже приведены типы бумаги и соответствующие им режимы (размеры) бумаги.

Если тип носителя Глянцевая фотобумага Photo Paper Plus Glossy II:
Задайте размер бумаги 4″x6″ 10 см x 15 см (Windows)/4×6 (Mac) или 5″x7″ 13 см x 18 см (Windows)/ 5×7 (Mac).

  • Если тип носителя Глянцевая фотобумага:
    Задайте размер бумаги 4″x6″ 10 см x 15 см (Windows)/4×6 (Mac)
  • Если тип носителя Конверт:
    Задайте размер бумаги Конверт Com 10 (Windows)/Конверт #10 (Mac) или Конверт DL (Windows/Mac).

If the media type or paper size isn’t set correctly on your printer, an orange light flashes and Support Code 4102 shows on your computer. To correct the error, change your printer settings.

Change your printer settings

Follow the steps below to change your settings.

  1. Press the Stop button to cancel printing.

  2. Check and adjust the settings for your operating system. 
     Larger paper sizes like Letter (8.5″x11″) and A4, etc can be selected in the driver for Photo Papers. However, this photo printing function of your model does not support these larger sizes and this error will occur when printing. Use 4″x6″ or 5″x7″. size paper instead.

    • ​Photo Paper Plus Glossy II, set the paper size to:
      Windows — 4″x 6″ (10×15 cm) or 5″x7″ (13×18 cm)
      ​Mac® — 4 x 6, or 5×7

    • ​Glossy Photo Paper, set the paper size to:
      Windows — 4″x 6″ (10×15 cm)
      ​Mac — 4 x 6

    • Envelope, set the paper size to:
      Windows — Envelope Com 10
      Mac — Envelope #10
      Windows/Mac — Envelope DL

    • Glossy Photo Paper, set the paper size to:
      Windows — 4″x 6″ (10×15 cm)
      Mac — 4 x 6

  3. Turn the machine back on and restart the print job.

    MG2440 ошибка 4102

    Здраствуйте, есть апарат canon mg 2440 с СНПЧ, при фотопечати выдает ошибку 4102, 11 миганий желтого светодиода (неверный формат бумаги).
    Подкинул картриджи на рабочий апарат выдает тоже, подкинул новые картриджи в апарат ошибка осталась.
    Пробовал разные настройки ничего не помогло.
    Подскажите куда нужно копать!

    :clapping: СРОЧНО НУЖНА ПОМОЩЬ !!!!
    на Canon MG 2440 при печати, почему-то бумага перестала продвигаться… :spiteful: загорается желтый мигающий свет около треугольничка (прошу прощения, но я реально пишу как девушка — ничего не понимаю в принтерах, а поченить нужно, поэтому объясняю как могу)….
    значит так, посмотрела я в лоток подачи бумаги, вроде ничего нет :huh: , но мне показалось, что вот эти первые ролики как-то не симмитрично стоят, немного одна сторона опущена на миллиметр… открыла нижнюю крышку там где картриджы — тоже ничего…. нажала зеленую кнопку, но бумага снова не подавалась.. когда вытаскиваешь лист сверху их лотка подачи — видно что на кончике — небольшой залом… верхние ролики бумагу захватывают, но видно, что дальше она просто не проходит — что-то ее тормозит… как мне посмотреть внутри что там заламывает? или же нести только специалисту???? :huh:
    и еще… пробовала копировать — вставила 1 лист, нажала печать — краска льется (остается след от краски на еталлической полоске перед выходом бумаги, а значит дело не в подаче краски), картридж «бегает», а лист не идет…. по-любому проблема с какими-то роликами….
    ПОМОГИТЕ пожалуйста, мне принтер для работы очень нужен !!!

    всем привет, помогите ради Бога! После заправки черного картриджа принтер перестал печатать, два листа отпечатал еле видно текст, а потом ваще два раза картридж пробежит ели ели, как умирающий лебедь и становится колом! бумагу приходится руками вытягивать! Высвечивает ошибку 5200. я по инструкции все сделал(включил выключил проверил на посторонние предметы, вроде все норм). Когда перезагружаешь принтер, нормально начинает печатать два раза махнет ПГ потом медленнее и медленнее и к середине листа останавливается полностью , опять 5200 и замкнутый круг((
