dodge caliber 2007г. 2литра. 

постоянно горели повороты с одной из сторон. на тот момент были зафиксированы ошибки которые стабильные FCM B2215 (внутренняя неисправность FCM), B163F Низкий уровень в цепи управления переднего правого поворота, B163B низкий уровень в цепи управления переднего левого поворота.

Был заменен драйвер по цепи управления поворотами и фарами данной стороны. 

повороты работают но моргают с повышенной частотой. с обоих сторон. 

ошибки те же самые. сидят в активных и не удаляются.

сопротивление цепей поворота покрайне мере с одной стороны проверено. все в норме. цепь поворота переднего и епь поворота заднего между собой не замыкают и связи не имеют. Подавал питание в цеь переднего и цепь заднего. горят как и положено по отдельности.

внутри блока TIPM цепи между собой тоже не связаны и не замыкают. 

 При исполнении теста. активируем передний левый поворот например. ничего не горит. Активируем задний левый поворот загорается задний левый и с ним загорается передний левый.

снял драйвера отвечающие за свет и повороты. ошибки те же самые. по переключал. фары  и повороты. ошибки теже самые. добавились только ошибка по габаритам. все. ошибки по задним лампам поворотов не добавились. все тоже самое. не пойму логику.

Смущает найденная информация. от 2006 года по TSB 08-021-06

  • Each of these DTC’s, including B2215 — Internal Fault, can be cleared from the
    TIPM module memory but this can only be done a maximum of 5 times. The TIPM
    module will be rendered inoperative on the sixth attempt and must be replaced.

данная информация по тсб для подключений прицепа правда.

возможно ли что в моем случае как раз произошла блокировка?

тогда почему все таки передние повороты работают?

можно ли где то увидеть количество сбросов B2215 b блокировку по превышению?

возможно ли как то снять данную блокировку?

  Если все таки замена модуля FCM. то возможность замены на б\у и его прописка без использования дилерского оборудования?

When Monitored:

With the Headlamps activated.

Set Condition:

When the TIPM detects a LOW condition.

Possible Causes

(L43) LEFT LOW BEAM CONTROL CIRCUIT SHORT TO GROUND

TOTALLY INTEGRATED POWER MODULE

Diagnostic Test

1.

INTERMITTENT CONDITION

Turn the ignition on.

With the Scan Tool, clear all TIPM DTC’s.

Turn the Headlamps on.

With the Scan Tool read the DTC information.

Does the Scan Tool read: B162B-LEFT LOW BEAM CONTROL CIRCUIT LOW?

Yes

>> Go To 2

No

>> The condition that caused the symptom is currently not present. Inspect the related wiring for a possible

intermittent condition. Look for any chafed, pierced, pinched, or partially broken wires.

Perform the BODY VERIFICATION TEST — VER 1. (Refer to 8 — ELECTRICAL/ELECTRONIC CON-
TROL MODULES — STANDARD PROCEDURE)

2.

(L43) LEFT LOW BEAM CONTROL CIRCUIT SHORT TO GROUND

Turn the ignition off.

Disconnect the TIPM C4 harness connector.

Disconnect the Left Headlamp harness connector.

Measure the resistance between ground and the (L43) Left Low Beam
Control circuit.

Is the resistance below 5.0 ohms?

Yes

>> Repair the (L43) Left Low Beam Control circuit for a short to

ground condition.

Perform the BODY VERIFICATION TEST — VER 1. (Refer to
8 — ELECTRICAL/ELECTRONIC CONTROL MODULES —
STANDARD PROCEDURE)

No

>> Replace the Totally Integrated Power Module (TIPM) in

accordance with the service information.

Perform the BODY VERIFICATION TEST — VER 1. (Refer to
8 — ELECTRICAL/ELECTRONIC CONTROL MODULES —
STANDARD PROCEDURE)
