To reduce the risk of electric shock, fire, explosion, serious injury or death:
• Disconnect electric power to the dryer(s) before servicing.
• Close gas shut-off valve to gas dryer(s) before servicing.
• Never start the dryer(s) with any guards/panels removed.
• Whenever ground wires are removed during servicing, these ground wires must be
reconnected to ensure that the dryer is properly grounded.
OP — Indicates physical «open» in the thermistor circuit. Possible causes are: 1) thermistor, 2) wiring between con-
trol and thermistor, 3) control.
SH — Indicates a «short» in the thermistor circuit. Possible causes are: 1) shorted thermistor, 2) a short in the wiring
between control and thermistor, 3) control.
Card Reader Machines: (In addition to the above errors)
EC:19 — Indicates no card reader communication. The control and the reader cannot communicate. Check reader,
control and harness.
NOTE: For all other card reader errors, consult the card reader manual provided by the manufacturer.

Современный контроллер КСМ-510.24, которым оснащены гладильные каландры и гладильные катки Вязьма, способен во время работы анализировать показания датчиков и выявлять возможные аварийные ситуации. В приведенной ниже таблице перечислены все обнаруживаемые коды ошибок*.

- Ошибки Er1 и Er2 отображаются только при включении контроллера. Работа контроллера возможна даже при одном неисправном датчике.
- При возникновении аварийной ситуации (ошибки Er3, Er6) блокируется нагрев, на индикаторах отображается в мигающем режиме номер ошибки. Вращение гладильных валов не прекращается в целях безопасности до момента снижения температуры до безопасного уровня или до истечения таймаута 40 минут.
- При возникновении ошибки Er4 на индикаторах отображается в мигающем режиме номер ошибки, подается звуковой сигнал, процесс нагрева не прекращается, вращение гладильных валов не прекращается. Нажатие любой кнопки сбрасывает ошибку.
- При возникновении ошибки Er5 на индикаторах отображается в мигающем режиме номер ошибки, подается звуковой сигнал, процесс нагрева прекращается до момента снижения температуры ниже порога, заданного в параметре P1. Вращение гладильных валов не прекращается. Нажатие любой кнопки сбрасывает ошибку.

3. DESCRIPTION OF CONTROLS THE CONTROL ENABLES: – Version OPL: create 20 programs (number 1÷20), each of them is combination of temperature, speed, direction of cloths delivery and for ironer with front/rear delivery with folder also parameters for folding; additionally the program 0 is saved in memory, adjusted from manufacturer to 80°C, 4 m/min, which is not possible to change.

START The button serves for the machine start – it starts all motors, heating and on machines with pedal and clutch also the feeding table. LED next to the button indicates the machine operation. PROGRAM SELECTION The button enables to choose required program for ironing. Every press of the button increases number of program by 1, from the program 20 it comes over to program 1 again (it means the program sequence is 0-1-2-3-…-19-20-1-2-…). -

PROGRAM SAVING This button works only when the programming switch is on. Long press (2s) of the button leads to saving of actual values into actual program, so these values are used at every next start of the machine. If you do not save the values by pressing this button, then the previous values will be read at next start of the machine. -

DIRECTION OF DELIVERY Every press of the button changes direction of delivering out the linen (forward/backward); each direction is indicated by LED. 4. TABLE OF ERROR CODES, MESSAGES AND TROUBLESHOOTING 4.1. TROUBLESHOOTING Control system ensures complete control of the ironer. When a failure occurs, the machine will go automatically to safety state. Following table is a guide for solving of common problems. 4.2.

4.6. EXPLANATION OF ERROR MESSAGES IMPORTANT! TECHNICAL REPAIRS OF IRONER CAN BE EXECUTED ONLY BY TECHNICIANS WITH APPROPRIATE KNOWLEDGE OF THE MACHINE. ERROR 1: TEMPERATURE OF IRONING ROLLER IS HIGHER THAN 200°C Error is detected by temperature sensor. For higher safety the machine is equipped with separate safety thermostat, which disconnects heating when temperature exceeds 210°C.

ERROR 7: UNDER PRESSURE SWITCHES ARE OFF (GAS HEATING ONLY) 1 or 2 (according to width of machine) under pressure sensors detect correct function of combustion gases exhaust. If the combustion gases exhaust is weak and there is a danger of spreading combustion gases to the space around ironer, then under pressure switches will open and by this the gas valve gets closed and the burner will turn off. -

ERROR 12: WRONG FUNCTION OF SAFETY BAR When the machine is switched on, the correct function of safety bar is checked. In case of wrong function the error 012 is reported. The machine control is blocked and it is possible just to switch the machine off and eliminate the failure. -
