027-452 A PC with the same IP address exists on the network.

Procedure

Perform the steps that follow:

1. Advise the customer to change the duplicated IP address of the PC.
2. If the fault persists, perform the 016A Scan to Network Error Entry RAP.

Если неисправность не устранена даже после выполнения вышеуказанных 
действий, выключите и снова включите аппарат. Если неисправность не

существует папка с указанным именем. 
Измените настройки, чтобы стали доступными чтение и запись файла или 
папки в данном размещении.
Если сервером является компьютер Macintosh, измените имя папки на 
сервере или имя перемещаемого файла.

Ошибка 016-910 на принтерах Xerox Versalink различных модификаций возникает по причине того, что в лотке отсутствует бумага, совместимая с заданными спецификациями печати. 

Параметры используемой бумаги под определенные задачи настраиваются в программе Print Driver PostScript.

Кастомизация включает следующие возможности:

  • выбор существующих форматов бумаги;
  • настройка собственного формата (89-320 мм в ширину / 98-1321 мм в высоту);
  • выбор цвета, типа листа и прочего.

Таким образом, бумага загруженная в лоток подачи должна соответствовать выбранным настройкам. Если принтер определит несоответствие, ошибка 016-910 появится вновь.

Проблема чтения PDF-файла

Аппараты Xerox Versalink часто приостанавливают работу, столкнувшись с проблемой чтения некоторых шрифтов и символов у PDF-файлов. При этом на дисплее высвечивается та же ошибка — 016-910.

Чтобы обойти данную уязвимость, распечатайте документ .pdf как изображение. 

Слипшиеся листы

Бумага, предназначенная для печати, может слипнуться, если она определенное время находилась во влажной среде. По этой причине листы не захватываются механизмом принтера, провоцируя возникновение ошибки 016-910.

Коды неисправностей

При сбое во время печати или неисправности аппарата на экран выводится код
неисправности. Если на экране отображается код неисправности, которого нет в
таблице ниже, или неисправность не удается устранить, выполнив указанные далее
действия, обратитесь в сервисный центр Xerox. При отображении кода
неисправности сбрасываются все данные печати на аппарате, а также данные в
его встроенной памяти.

Ничего не помогло…
Немного потыкав, видимо это у меня генетическое… нашел решение.
Заходим в принтеры, жмем на наш ксерокс, управление, далее свойство принтера
Находим вкладку порты, жмем добавить порт, далее, tcp/ip, прописываем адрес, в моем случае 192.168.1.41 — галочку на только что добавленном порте и применяем.

027-452 Duplicate IP Address 4 RAP

027-452 A PC with the same IP address exists on the network.

Procedure

Perform the steps that follow:

1. Advise the customer to change the duplicated IP address of the PC.
2. If the fault persists, perform the 016A Scan to Network Error Entry RAP.

Ошибка связи. Если отображается другое сообщение об ошибке, 
устраните сначала данную неисправность. Если панель управления занята 
другим пользователем, подождите, пока он завершит операцию. Если 
аппарат занят обменом данных с удаленным устройством, дождитесь 
завершения данной операции. 
Если неисправность не устранена даже после выполнения вышеуказанных 
действий, выключите и снова включите аппарат. Если неисправность не 
устраняется, обратитесь на горячую линию Xerox.

POP3. При помощи CentreWare Internet Services проверьте, правильно ли 
указан сервер POP3.

Не удается зарегистрироваться на сервере POP3 при использовании 
протокола POP3. При помощи CentreWare Internet Services проверьте, 
правильно ли указаны имя пользователя и пароль для сервера POP3.

Ошибка сервера POP. Попробуйте еще раз. Если неисправность не 
устраняется, обратитесь на горячую линию Xerox.

027-504

Ошибка сервера SMTP. Попробуйте еще раз. Если неисправность не 
устраняется, обратитесь на горячую линию Xerox.

Сбой передачи данных с аппарата по SMB с помощью режима 
сканирования на компьютер, так как не разрешен доступ на сервер SMB. 
Если сервером является компьютер Macintosh, возможно, что на нем 
существует папка с указанным именем. 
Измените настройки, чтобы стали доступными чтение и запись файла или 
папки в данном размещении.
Если сервером является компьютер Macintosh, измените имя папки на 
сервере или имя перемещаемого файла.

    DCC450 error code 027-452

    Dear Sir,
    The machine displayed the code 027-452.
    Cann’t find this code in manual. Will be happy if some one teach me.

    Check in User Guide if there is this error. On some dc models this code means that there is duplicate IP Address on the network.
