Ошибка компилятора c2220

I have below class

When I compile this function in Visual studio 2008, it gives me error at strcpy(IOBname[ii],""); as below

error C2220: warning treated as error — no ‘object’ file generated

How to fix this error?

Решение

Ошибка говорит о том, что предупреждение было обработано как ошибка. Поэтому ваша проблема — предупреждающее сообщение! Проверьте их и исправьте их.

Если вы не знаете, как их найти: откройте Error List (View > Error List) и нажмите на Warning,

Это сообщение об ошибке очень запутанно. Я просто исправил другие «предупреждения» в своем проекте, и у меня действительно было только одно (простое):

предупреждение C4101: ‘i’: локальная переменная без ссылки

После того, как я прокомментировал это неиспользованным iи скомпилировал его, другая ошибка исчезла.

Это предупреждение о небезопасном использовании strcpy. Пытаться IOBname[ii]='\0'; вместо.

    I am moving an application from VS2003 to VS 2005 and I got the following error:

    error C2220: warning treated as error — no ‘object’ file generated C:\Program Files\Microsoft Visual Studio 8\VC\atlmfc\include\atlfile.h

    Any ideas on how to correct this?

  • Are you still getting the «warning C4127: conditional expression is constant» errors?  If not, then there’s no real issue here. The remaining warnings:

    c:\p5\perfdll\performancemanager.h(19) : warning C4995: ‘DECLARE_PERF_OBJECT’: name was marked as #pragma deprecated

    c:\p5\perfdll\performancemanager.h(40) : warning C4995: ‘CHAIN_PERF_OBJECT’: name was marked as #pragma deprecatedare expected.  You can either discontinue using those two tokens, or use #pragma warning to disable C4995.
