Поставил новую прошивку на принтер вместо заводской.
Ставил: Marlin 1.19, Marlin 2.0 with bug fixes
Неприятность в следующем: после печати модели ИНОГДА парковка идет только по одной оси X остальные моторы не двигаются. Естественно печатающая голова прижимается к стойке мотора X («трещит» мотор), а по нормальному должны все моторы срабатывать до самых концевиков.
Слайсер: Cura 4.6.1

Bug Description
When f.e I use the CHEP bed levelling gcode; the printer halt at the m25 code with a parking notification ( different then from the past ). According to the previous firmware, I could use the button to continue or use the knop to travel in the menu.

Bug Description
When printing, the printer spontaneously, in an arbitrary place, can start to park the extruder (according to #define NOZZLE_PARK_FEATURE) and then the board reboots (it seems that without indicating any errors, but it is difficult to catch the moment, I saw the moment 2 times, and when the board was rebooted, the screen will no longer show any errors). this is not always the case, about 1 case per 3-4 prints for 8-9 hours, there is no filament detector on the printer, OCTOPUS MAX EZ board (the board and drivers are blown and there is air conditioning in the room), 5160 — X and Y drivers, the rest are 2209, parking without limit switches, BTT mini 128×64 screen, CORE XY, the printer is as simple as possible. there is also a UPS, I exclude power outages
I just can’t understand what can cause this extruder parking and board reboot

Установил Marlin.
Начал PID калибровку по следующему коду:
M106 S127
M303 E0 S235 C8 U
M303 E-1 S75 C8 U
M500
M300 S500 P1.
Во время калибровку отключили свет. После этого принтер стал выдавать ошибку Homing failing: printer halted.
Пожалуйста, подскажите, в чем проблема и как ее решить?
Настраиваю прошивку Marlin для принтера Zav3d. Всё работает отлично кроме парковки оси Z. Концевик находится внизу, соответственно, принтер должен довезти платформу до самого низа, пока она не заденет там выключатель и отъехать определённое количество шагов назад. До перепрошивки он так и делал успешно.
В данный момент, если платформа при начале парковки находится близко к нижней части, она успешно доезжает, щёлкает концевиком и чуть возвращается назад, парковка успешна. Но если платформа была в самом верху, то почему-то она не доезжает до концевика, а на расстоянии пары сантиметров от него останавливается и чуть возвращается назад, будто успешно щёлкнула по концевику. При повторе парковки она совсем чуть-чуть едет вниз и опять повторяет откат.
Какая настройка конфигурации прошивки поможет устранить эту проблему? Может там есть какой-то лимит движения при парковке? Не смог найти этого параметра самостоятельно.
