    2.5 Technical specifications The maximum number of trays the appliance can hold is specified in the technical specifications. Regardless of the number of trays indicated, the device can be operated with fewer trays. The settings of the baking parameters should be adjusted accordingly when required. The maximum load weight of 5 kg / tray must not be exceeded.

    2.6 Risk of injury / residual risks This device was produced by WIESHEU GmbH according to the latest technical standards. All appliances that leave the factory have been subjected to thorough testing. Nevertheless, if the appliance is used improperly, hazards to life and limb of the user or a third party may result, or the appliance or other assets may be damaged.

DANGER The electrical connection and any work on the electrical equipment of the device must only be carried out by an electrician trained in the workings of this particu- lar product, and in full compliance with industry standards and regulations. Protect all electrical assemblies from damp, moisture and dust.

    2.6.9 Risk of technical damage Technical damage! NOTICE The device is equipped with a frequency converter which can be damaged by power surges. After disconnecting the mains plug from the power supply, wait 1 minute until all components have discharged fully. Only then reconnect the mains plug to the power supply.

    3.3 Dismounting/mounting the combined appliance This manual provides examples for safe and quick dismounting/mounting. Of course, it is not possible to show or describe in detail every exceptional case at the customer’s. All safety instructions must be complied with, whatever the situation. If the combined appliance cannot be transported to the installation location as a whole, then the individual appliances must be removed from the combination.

    This is a foodsafe ½» pressure hose with a ¾» threaded joint tested according to DIN-DVGW (WIESHEU GmbH item no. 104476). Make the connection flexible such that it is possible to move the appliance one metre away from the wall for servicing.

    3.6.3 Waste water connection A fixed connection to the sewerage system is prohibited A fixed connection to the domestic sewerage system is allowed if the drainage connections comply with the DIN EN 12056 stand- ard.     5 Cleaning 5.1 General cleaning work Maintain and clean the in-store baking oven with great care. Only clean devices ensure the preparation of hygienically perfect products. There is a risk of germs forming if used for longer periods under 100 °C. This chapter provides basic information on how to clean the device.

  8. не доверие а варианты решения. на мой взгляд слетела прошивка, ты не рассказал в чем проблема, а загадочно я знаю, что у вас сломалось, как в Еролаше «Машина !»
    А что он к вам не обратился не знаю, лично я не знаю в чем там проблема.

ни что иное как термодатчик, на нем есть покрытие, так вот оно стерлось, в следствии чего он неправильно передает температуру, завышая ее, от чего и возникает данная ошибка. Если уж у клиента совсем нет денег можно подкинуть другой термодатчик, либо термоэлемент в сборе, хотя бы с другой печи, если уж и на это денег нет, то на время прокатит подкладывание термопленки на поверхность датчика, это повысит общую температуру печи и снизит ее показания по датчику, только без фанатизма

Неисправности пароконвектоматов Wiesheuремонт кухонный профессиональной печки Wiesheu

Не включается пароконвектомат Wiesheu, На табло не горят цифры. Причина может быть в блоке питании пароконвектомата. Плохо греет не держит температура в камере печки Wiesheu. Поломка может быть в нагревательных элементов. Не дает пар не держит влагу в камере. Проблема может быть в бойлерный или сгорел водяные нагревательный элементы ТЗНы. Нужно заменить ТЕНы. Пароконвектоматы работают на 380 вольт если пропал одна фаза конвекционная печка может выйти из строя, основные неисправности пароконвектоматов возникает от  перепадов напряжения в сети. Течет вода в пароконвектомате. Поломка может быть в клапане воды или засорились трубки. На экране все показывает но нет нагрева. Причиной может стать пускатель реле который включает ТЭНы. При мойке вода не уходит. Проблема в ловушках обратной клапана. После готовки не отключается ТЭН. Причина в высокоамперный реле пускатель с обмоткой  220 вольт. Лампочка горит пароконвектомат не включается сенсор не реагирует. Проблема в модуль управление.

Замена стекла на пароконвектомате Wiesheu

Нужно заменить стело на духовке Wiesheu. Если лопнуло стекло на пароконвектомате мы готовы изготовить новое жаропрочное стекло для пароконвектоматов Wiesheu. Чтобы заказать стекло для жарочных шкафов Wiesheu, первым делом нужно вызывать мастера для диагностики. Мастер на месте замерит размеры стекла пароконвектомата Замерит толщину и закажет термостойкую стекло для этой модели. Часто спрашивают сколько стоит стекло для пароконвектомата Wiesheu. Все зависит от толщины от размеров и вида. Для этого нужен мастер чтобы на месте смог замерить и заказать стекло для профессиональных печей Wiesheu. Стекло может сломаться из за неосторожности от уплотнителя который прижимается к стекле чтобы пар не вышел. 

Вызвать мастера на ремонт печки Wiesheu

Нужно вызывать мастера по ремонту пароконвектомата профессиональной печки Wiesheu. Наш сервис центр осуществляет ремонт (починка) силовой модуль пароконвектоматов любой марки от производителя Wiesheu. Если вышел из строя прошивка нужно обратится производителю как таково у нас нет прошивки. В таких случаях нужно заменить плата управления. Не работает панель управления пароконвектомата сенсор не отвечает. Проблема в сенсорном отсеке, замена необходимые запчастей производится в течении двух трех дней.
