Коды ошибок
Коды ошибок — это шестизначные числа, выводимые на панель управления при
возникновении ошибки. Такие ошибки включают в себя неверные задания печати и
неисправности принтера.
Коды ошибок являются важной информацией, указывающей на причины ошибок. При
звонке в сервисный центр или к вашему дилеру у вас должны быть подготовлены
записи кодов ошибок.
В следующей таблице перечислены коды ошибок, которые могут быть устранены
пользователем. Если отображается код ошибки, то проверьте, нет ли его в
следующей таблице.
Следующие коды ошибок перечислены в возрастающем порядке.

Блок термического закрепления тонера (фьюзер) может быть установлен неправильно или
неисправен.
Выключите принтер и откройте переднюю крышку, потянув на себя рычаги освобождения
передней крышки («А»).. Проверьте, что рычаги с обеих сторон блока закрепление тонера
надежно зафиксированы, и затем включите питание принтера.
Если снова показан этот же код ошибки, то обращайтесь в ваш сервисный центр или к
вашему дилеру.
077-215
Податчик листов (опцонный) неправильно установлен в принтере. Выключите питание
принтера, проверьте, что податчик листов правильно установлен в принтере, и затем снова
включите питание.

I have a Phaser 6280DN I purchased for my home.
About 6 months ago I started getting this error, and it says to restart the printer, which I did. Then the error would go away; maybe 2-3 weeks later and then out of the blue it would give me the error again. Over the past couple months this has increased. This week it has increased to the point where I cannot print anything (because it gives me the error almost immediately).
My assumption is the fan is seizing up from whatever reason and has been dying the last couple months and now it’s actually dead.
For good reason I don’t want to buy a new printer, but I’m also out of warranty since this machine is more than a year old. I do not wish to contact an authorized shop because that entails I either bring my printer to a shop or I allow a stranger in my home, neither which I wish to do. Plus I imagine I’d have to pay for the repair? I would like to know what part I can buy to repair this myself? Is it just a simple computer fan?
EDIT: I have done some looking into this error and printed out the Error History Report; it states the error is 042-358-01. Further research says that’s the rear fan. I’d like to buy a rear fan for this printer.

Проблемы, относящиеся к сети
Информация по устранению связанных с сетью проблем печати приведена на
компакт-диске с документацией.
Ниже перечислены проблемы, которые могут возникнуть при использовании
CentreWare Internet Services, печати по электронной почте и StatusMessenger. Если
показано сообщение об ошибке или код ошибки, для её устранения перейдите к
разделу «6.6 Сообщения об ошибках и коды ошибок» (стр. 129).

Принтер использует код Unicode UTF-8 для сохранения символов, введенных в
CentreWare Internet Services. Обычно в UTF-8 требуется от 2 до 4 байтов для
сохранения одного специального символа (не буквенноцифрового).
Введенный вами текст мог превысить максимальное число байтов, отведенное
для поля ввода, и поэтому не был сохранен.
Нет доступа к CentreWare
Internet Services.
Нормально ли работает принтер?
Проверьте, включен ли принтер.
Запущена ли служба Internet Services?
Распечатайте список [Настр. принтера] чтобы проверить, включены ли службы
Internet Services.
Правильно ли введен адрес URL?
Проверьте URL. Если вы все равно не можете получить доступа к службе, то
введите IP-адрес принтера вместо URL.
Правильно ли настроен номер порта HTTP?
Еще раз проверьте номер порта HTTP. Если вы изменили номер порта, нужно
ввести «:» (двоеточие) и затем номер порта после адреса при доступе к
CentreWare Internet Services.

Если включена связь с сервером по SSL/TLS, то правильно ли вы ввели адрес в
адресное поле?
Если разрешена связь с сервером по протоколу SSL/TLS, то введите «https»
перед адресом вместо «http». Кроме того, если вы изменили номер порта
SSL/TLS, то введите «:» (двоеточие) перед номером порта.
Использует ли ваш обозреватель Интернет прокси-сервер?
CentreWare Internet Services могут быть недоступны в зависимости от
используемого прокси-сервера.
Попытайтесь вызвать службы без прокси-сервера.

Список поддерживаемых службой операционных систем и веб-браузеров

CentreWare Internet Services» (стр. 13).
Если ваш обозреватель использует прокси-сервер, то окно может обновляться
неправильно или замедлить работу.
Попытайтесь вызвать службы CentreWare Internet Services без прокси-сервера.
Старая информация может кэшироваться вашим обозревателем Интернет.
Сотрите всю информацию в кэше обозревателя.
Отображаемая на экране
информация искажена.
Измените размер окна или настройку размера шрифта в обозревателе

Если вы не можете вспомнить ИД и пароль, Инициализируйте настройки в
пункте [Иниц/удал данные] > [Иниц/сетев.порт] на панели управления. Однако
эта операция сбросит в значения по умолчанию все относящиеся к сети
настройки. Перед инициализацией настроек рекомендуется записать текущие
настройки, распечатав для этого список [Настр. принтера].
Служба не принимает ИД или
пароля пользователя.
Если у вас возникнет ошибка входа четыре раза подряд после включения
питания или после последнего успешного входа, то ваш доступ к службе будет
заблокирован. В зависимости от используемого обозревателя Интернет окно
входа может не закрываться, пока вы не отмените попытку входа.
В таком случае перезагрузите принтер и попробуйте войти в него еще раз.
Язык дисплея отличается от
нужного вам.
Измените настройку языка дисплея в вашем обозревателе Интернет.

Если вы одновременно ведете доступ к принтеру из нескольких обозревателей
Интернет и StatusMessenger с разными языками, то полученная от принтера
строчка символов может отличаться от настройки языка в вашем обозревателе.

Такая проблема может также возникнуть, если ваш обозреватель использует
прокси-сервер.
Попытайтесь вызвать службы без прокси-сервера.

Тип расходного материала
Для принтера доступны следующие расходные материалы. Для заказа их
обращайтесь к дилеру, у которого вы приобрели принтер.
Важная информация
• Если вы не будете использовать рекомендованные Xerox расходные материалы, то
эксплуатационные характеристики принтера могут быть не на оптимальном уровне. Используйте
только расходные материалы, рекомендованные для этого изделия
• Ресурс расходных материалов в печатных страницах зависит от заданий печати, печатаемых
документов и частоты включения/выключения питания. Более подробная информация приведена
в разделе «Ресурс расходных материалов и периодически заменяемые узлы» (стр. 187).
Картридж принтера
Картридж, внутри которого находятся тонер, фотопроводящий барабан и блок
проявления. Картридж принтера необходимо заменять, когда отпечатки становятся
светлыми или снижается их качество. Сведения о периодичности и порядке замены
картриджа принтера приведены в разделах «Ресурс расходных материалов и
периодически заменяемые узлы» (стр. 187) и «Замена картриджа принтера»
(стр. 141).

• Не храните расходные материалы в вертикальном положении.
• Не распаковывайте расходные материалы и запчасти вплоть до момента
использования.
• Не храните расходные материалы и запчасти в следующих условиях:
• при высокой температуре и влажности
• вблизи источников тепла
• при воздействии прямого солнечного света
• в запыленных местах
• При использовании расходных материалов выполняйте все меры
предосторожности, указанные на упаковке.

– Before you continue with the reprogramming of the firmware, please make sure that the device is installed on your computer.
– It is very important that under no circumstances should you remove the chip from the cartridge while reprogramming the firmware. After you have succesfully reprogrammed the printer, remove the chip from the cartridge and store it somewhere safely (the chip – a key). In all cartridges which you are going to use in the printer, the chip has to be either removed or sealed. If you have accidently inserted a new cartridge without removing the chip, the device will be blocked. In order to unblock it, you can use the stored chip as a key which help you to unblock the printer.
– And make sure that any other devices (except mouse and keyboard), which are connected to your computer via USB or LPT ports are disconnected. It’s preferable that the computer is connected to the “UPS” (uninterruptible power source) device, because if during the reprogramming process the electricity source has any interruptions, then the reprogramming will be carried out with an error, which makes the device unable to work.
– This firmware will be installed directly to your printer. Before opening firmare link make sure that printer is turned on and connected to your computer and printer drivers are installed correctly.
Be aware that with the reprogramming of the firmware the manufacturer’s warranty goes lost!!
How To Run Firmware Fix Xerox printer
1. Connect the printer to the computer and turn it on.
2. Wait until the printer is ready for work.
3. Drag and drop *.hd to usbprns2.exe file.
4. The reprogramming process starts automatically.
5. Wait until the printer reprograms (10-20 minute) and restarts.
6. After that the reprogramming process is finished, restart the printer.

Коды ошибок
Коды ошибок — это шестизначные числа, выводимые на панель управления при
возникновении ошибки. Такие ошибки включают в себя неверные задания печати и
неисправности принтера.
Коды ошибок являются важной информацией, указывающей на причины ошибок. При
звонке в сервисный центр или к вашему дилеру у вас должны быть подготовлены
записи кодов ошибок.
В следующей таблице перечислены коды ошибок, которые могут быть устранены
пользователем. Если отображается код ошибки, то проверьте, нет ли его в
следующей таблице.
Следующие коды ошибок перечислены в возрастающем порядке.

010-397
Блок термического закрепления тонера (фьюзер) может быть установлен неправильно или
неисправен.
Выключите принтер и откройте переднюю крышку, потянув на себя рычаги освобождения
передней крышки («А»).. Проверьте, что рычаги с обеих сторон блока закрепление тонера
надежно зафиксированы, и затем включите питание принтера.
Если снова показан этот же код ошибки, то обращайтесь в ваш сервисный центр или к
вашему дилеру.

Податчик листов (опцонный) неправильно установлен в принтере. Выключите питание
принтера, проверьте, что податчик листов правильно установлен в принтере, и затем снова
